Click & Collect is a delivery service we offer for our online customers to most of our stores, please check our store locator for more details and to check if this service is available.
You can send your order to any of our available stores for collection. If your order is under £20, there is a delivery fee of £2.
How long does it take to arrive in-store?
Your item(s) will arrive in-store within 2-4 working days of placing your order.
How do I track my click & collect order?
You will receive an email notification to advise you when your order has been despatched, and an email/text notification once it arrives in-store. We can only provide a text notification if you provide an accurate mobile number.
How long do I have to collect from the store?
The store will hold the order for 7 days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse and your account refunded. It is possible to have your order held for longer, but to arrange this you will need to call the store to ask them to hold until a new date.
Do I get notified when my order has been collected/ not collected?
We send an email notification once your order has been collected. We will also send you an email if your order has been returned if it was not collected in time. Once an order has been returned to us, we will issue a refund. Please allow up 10 days for the refund to be issued. During busier periods this refund may take longer.
You will get an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear back on your payment method.
